The long-announced beta of the Free2Play MMO shooter Planetside 2 on the Playstation 4 now finally has a date. It is set to begin on January 20.
Since early December, registration for the beta of Planetside 2 on PS 4 has been possible. A date has now been chosen, it will be January 20.
In the beta, the focus will be on testing the stability of the servers, but also to find out how players manage with the controllers and how to optimally utilize the DualShock 4. For this purpose, a special beta forum will be set up for feedback.
Among the Free2Play shooters, PS2 has already established an excellent reputation. SOE has high hopes for a successful PS4 port.
