Many gamers compare the action role-playing game Path of Exile to Diablo. However, an important difference between the two games is the price, as PoE is free-to-play – Diablo costs money.
Also, in Path of Exile, you fight through hordes of different enemy types and loot equipment to strengthen your characters. You do this to level up and further increase your power.
Over the last few years, Path of Exile has shown that despite its free-to-play status, it can keep up with popular games like Diablo 3 and maintain a large community. According to Steamspy, over 7.5 million players are playing PoE.
According to developer Grinding Gear, about a year of work was put into the project to bring Path of Exile to Xbox One. Now PoE is set to be released on Microsoft’s console on August 24.
