The German Twitch streamers Papaplatte and Reeze are traveling through Europe for the next two weeks. As the first day comes to an end and it gets close to bedtime, Papaplatte realizes that he has forgotten something important.
What kind of tour is this? The German Twitch streamers Kevin “Papaplatte” Teller and Dominik “Reeze” Reezman are going on a camper tour through Europe, the so-called Edeltour.
This major project is now in its third round. This year, the group is heading to Southeast Europe. Destinations mentioned include the Czech Republic, Romania, and Albania.
The tour started on September 28, 2024. The first daily destination was Prague.
What did Papaplatte forget? After hours of driving and several breaks, the streamers eventually ended up at a campsite near Prague. It was then that Papaplatte realized, after about 10.5 hours of streaming, that he had forgotten his bedding.
The streamer looked at his friends in surprise and said, “I didn’t bring my sleeping stuff.” Papaplatte then explained further that he had forgotten his pillow and blanket.
As good friends are, the big laughter started shortly after and it was time for bad jokes. One suggested solution was: “Just cover yourself with your 5 jackets and 3 vests.” Also, he could make a pillow out of his shoes.

What happened next? Papaplatte briefly held onto the hope that one of his travel companions might have packed the streamer’s sleeping gear, but that hope was in vain.
Since it was already night, there was no opportunity to spontaneously buy a sleeping bag or a blanket anywhere. So at least one night, Papaplatte had to sleep without bedding. However, Reeze at least offered to heat the camper that night.
For Papaplatte, the start of the Edeltour 2024 went differently than planned.
