Paladins receives update 1.36 and brings Halloween to PS4 and Xbox One. In addition to spectacular skins, the hero shooter gets new achievements, user interface and champion adjustments, and a new map for the offensive mode.
In Paladins, consoles receive update 1.36 today, October 11th, bringing them in line with PC patch OB60. The update brings the ghost festival to the hero shooter, and you can unlock spooky Halloween skins.
In addition to cosmetic items, such as the Hexed Evie, you can expect even more new content and some adjustments.
Highlights of the Update: New Skins, New Achievements & Map
A Halloween highlight in this update is the collection of spooky skins, many of which are found in the “Small Horror Chest“. The chest costs 75 crystals. Most of the included skins are shown in the image below.

15 New Achievements for Trophy Hunters
Achievements are earned in Paladins and reward you with essences and sometimes titles. Here is a selection of the new achievements:
- A New Challenger: Ranked matches unlocked
- Field Surgeon: Heal more than 100,000 health in a match
- This is my Style: Create your own deck
- Millionaire: Earn more than 1,000,000 gold throughout your play history
- Unstoppable: Achieve a 20 kill streak in a match
Once you master the described challenges, the achievements will be unlocked automatically.
Champion Adjustments for Torvald & Talus
The latest flanker Talus and tank Torvald will receive adjustments. Torvald will be weakened, and Talus will be strengthened.
- Torvald recently received a rework and has since been described by developers as incredibly strong at all levels. Therefore, he received a slight nerf. For example, his skill Cancel now gets CC reduction.
- Talus: The flanker had too little damage for his role. The healing from the card Revitalization was necessary for his gameplay. Therefore, Talus now heals automatically when activating Rune of Travel.
Pip and Androxus will both also receive a revision:
- Androxus’s ability “Disregard” receives a rework: Hit an opponent quickly, deal 700 damage
- Pip’s legendary card
“Acrobat”receives the new name “Medic” and improves attack speed
Paladins New Map in Offensive: Foreman’s Rise
The offensive mode receives a new map reminiscent of a medieval village. Below is a video about it. Additionally, with this update, “Overtime” is removed from Offensive.
In the Paladins console update, a few bugs are also fixed. Mounts now rotate correctly.
