Paladins is currently offline and not starting. The Paladins’ servers are being upgraded to Patch OB 48 for PC, which is why the game is not starting.
Update: The servers of Paladins are back online. They were briefly down to implement the new Patch OB 48. They are now running again and have been updated to OB 48.

Today (April 19), Paladins’ new Patch OB 48 is being released. This was announced yesterday by the Community Manager “Alyssa Huskey” in a tweet.
Paladins is offline and not starting – Server
Currently, Paladins is offline for PC. The servers are in “maintenance” to implement the new patch.
The new Patch OB 48 introduces a new champion: Seris, the Oracle of the Abyss.
We will keep you updated when the servers are back online.
