Drink the potion “Einhasad’s Blessing”. This gives you 100 to 200 percent more experience for one hour.
Go to the “Extraction Dungeon” and collect your 20 herbs. The potion already provides decent experience points here.
Next, activate 3 daily quests. Complete all that are quick to do. Quests where you have to improve items or complete arena battles are quickly done. Immediately activate new daily quests as soon as they are available. If there are only useless quests, you can refresh the list for free up to three times.

The weapon talents Competent and Increased both provide an additional 10% damage under certain conditions. In an experiment, the agent with the active Competent talent dealt 178,000 damage, but with the active Increased talent, a whopping 185,000 damage. The build remained exactly the same, only the talent was rerolled.
What is the reason for this difference? Both talents should actually provide the exact same bonus damage, right?
The answer is: The bonus from Competent is calculated additively and the bonus from Increased multiplicatively.
In short, these terms can be distinguished as follows:
Additive: The bonus only applies to the base damage.
Multiplicative: The bonus applies to the total damage including all previous buffs. Example: The total damage is calculated at x1.10 (that’s +10%).
Here is a detailed example:
Player 1 and Player 2 have exactly the same build, but Player 1 uses a weapon with Competent and Player 2 uses a weapon with Responsive. Since Responsive is calculated multiplicatively and Competent additively, you deal more damage with Responsive, even though the game tells you: Both increase damage by 10% each.

In summary: You always gain advantages when you rely on bonuses that are calculated multiplicatively! If you want to significantly increase damage, focus on multiplicative advantages!
Which bonuses are multiplicative?
In The Division, it is not specified anywhere whether something is calculated additively or multiplicatively. It is also unclear why Massive made this distinction at all. If you want to know which bonuses are the “good” multiplicative ones, you have to test each individual talent and ability and gain insights through self-experimentation.
And that’s exactly what MarcoStyle did. The result:
Almost all bonuses are additive. This includes everything from the booster to the doping injection to almost all gear set bonuses, the Merciless talent, or the Competent talent.
So it makes more sense to only list the bonuses that are multiplicative.

Wargaming has launched the popular naval battle online game World of Warships on Steam – and introduces new achievements on a new account.
World of Warships can now be downloaded and played for free via Steam.

World of Tanks on the Sea

PS4 or PC, that was my question
I usually play shooters on PC – actually. However, my PC has shown spontaneous signs of aging over the last few weeks and is now only wheezing along. So I picked up a controller for the first time ever for a shooter.
The bad news: I am a terribly bad PS4 shooter player.
The good news: Battlefront 2 guides me well in my efforts. And: Due to my incompetence with the controller, the campaign lengthened. Only 4 hours? Ha! It took me 7. Deaths, curious looking around, and passionate cursing included.
The crux: The pale characters
At the beginning of the campaign, you do not play as the commander of the “Inferno Squads” Iden Versio, but rather her flying mini-droid with the absolutely creative name “Droid.” With this, I crashed elegantly against the wall while flying a few times before I could dedicate myself to the actual task, namely the rescue of Iden.
Despite my backstory, Battlefront 2 controls intuitively and pleasantly. Furthermore, I quickly became friends with Droid. Unfortunately, he is almost the only character in the campaign that I sympathize with. This is incredibly unfortunate. I had hoped for more beforehand.
The story could have been more complex
This lack of identification is primarily due to the plot, which I find rather sparse. I don’t want to give away too much, but I imagined the immersion into the Empire, into the dark side of the Force, to be more immersive and interesting. However, this aspect is barely developed, and you learn less than you might have wished for.
At the same time, everything goes incredibly fast. Too much – not necessarily creative – plot is crammed into too few sequences, making some character changes barely understandable. Probably the game would have benefited from spending a little more time with a maximum of two characters, rather than splitting the gameplay over multiple characters.
There is also not much new to discover content-wise. There are no surprising twists, and as a bridge between Episode 6 and Episode 7, too much is missing for it to be really relevant. Meeting familiar characters at least provides some comfort about this circumstance.

But is everything bad?
So superficially the story is told, it is beautifully presented. The maps are fantastic! Although you unfortunately can’t really look around in detail, as you quickly have to return to the core of the plot and must dance through the missions in a linear manner. Nevertheless, you still have time to look around and take in the environment. No matter where I was: I always felt right in the middle of the Star Wars universe.
Music, graphics, overall composition. All of this combines into a very successful whole, in which one can move intuitively. If the story itself were a little thicker, it would have been an absolutely successful campaign.
Guddy’s conclusion:
The biggest plus point is the visuals and the gameplay, which create a wonderful unity. I had a lot of fun running, fighting, and flying through the missions. The story isn’t bad. It’s entertaining; no more, but also not less.
Anyone primarily interested in the campaign rather than the multiplayer will likely be disappointed here. However, I find the campaign of Star Wars Battlefront essential as an introduction to multiplayer. It is a nice addition to the multiplayer, and the promised additional missions with the upcoming DLCs make you curious for more.
Overall, the campaign is definitely fun. However, much more could have been done.

For this offensive build, which is supposed to be a lot of fun in PvE while being effective, you’ll need the Striker Titan. This is the Arc subclass.
Take the top of the two ability trees called “Code of the Earthshaker“. This brings three important advantages for the build:
Seismic Strike: After a short sprint, you can unleash a shoulder charge that triggers an Arc explosion upon impact.
Aftershock: Inflicting damage to enemies with Seismic Strike charges your grenade.
Increase: Grants an additional grenade charge, allowing you to charge two grenades with the shoulder charge. Additionally, it extends the duration of your grenades.
For the grenade, you cannot go wrong with the Impulse Grenade. This is one of the best grenades in the game, which when well-placed can destroy not just adds, but also tough bosses.
For the jump and the barrier, you have free choice, but the gunfight barrier is recommended.
The most important item in this build is the One-Eyed Mask. This is an exotic Titan helmet that you can obtain randomly from all sources that can drop exotic engrams. Xur can also bring the helmet.
The special perk of the One-Eyed Mask in Destiny 2 is:
Transfusion Matrix: Kills with Arc melee abilities trigger health regeneration and restore melee energy.
For the armor piece mods, you can choose:
Helmet: Arc melee attacks regenerate faster.
Gauntlets: Arc melee attacks regenerate faster.
Chest Armor: Grenades charge faster when using an Arc subclass.
Leg Armor: Grenades charge faster when using an Arc subclass.
The choice of weapons here is not too important. Since you are usually close to enemies, it is worth bringing weapons that are strong at short range, such as hand cannons or submachine guns. Otherwise, established automatic rifles like the Origin Story are strong.
An interesting option is the exotic submachine gun “Risky Business”. This grants you several bonuses when you take Arc damage. It doesn’t matter whether enemies deal Arc damage to you or if you inflict Arc damage on yourself. If you take a little damage from your Impulse Grenade, which can occasionally happen unintentionally, you benefit with Risky Business.
How to play this build?
The shoulder charge and the One-Eyed Mask create a strong combination. With a shoulder charge, you can instantly defeat adds, where the exotic helmet immediately charges the next shoulder charge. Normally, this has a rather long cooldown. One kill is enough to reset the cooldown of your melee attack.
This means you can now sprint across the battlefield and unleash one shoulder charge after another on your enemies. While this requires an offensive playstyle, you also receive health regeneration after each kill thanks to the One-Eyed Mask that keeps you on your feet.
That’s not all: The shoulder charge creates an Arc explosion that damages nearby enemies. For example, you can completely eliminate a pack of Cabal dogs with just one punch.
By having the benefit of “Aftershock“, grenades are charged through kills with the shoulder charge. That way, you can regenerate both Impulse Grenades with a well-timed shoulder charge. Throw these at enemies with high health and happily continue to cut through enemy masses.
Conclusion: This build is definitely among the best Guardian setups in Destiny 2.
How do you play your Titans?
Note: This offensive playstyle is not suitable or possible in all situations. Therefore, the mods on the armor pieces are chosen so that you can still frequently use grenades and melee attacks.
The arena brawler Battlerite got a second chance and made the most of it! Since the game went Free2Play on Steam, the number of players has noticeably increased. Over a million gamers have signed up, and the concurrent users are also high. Free is apparently the right price.
Battlerite is a fun arena brawler game. You can think of arena brawlers like MOBAs, but without all the frills like lanes, towers, minions, creeps, and shops. Rather, it is all about engaging in wild team fights in a dwindling arena. It mainly relies on skill. Those who use their skill shots optimally win.
Battlerite was extremely popular when it was released as a paid Early Access title on Steam in September 2016 and was number 1 in the Steam charts for a while. But then things quieted down, the player numbers shrank, and a controversial update caused frustration.
However, Battlerite has now been released as a Free2Play title and is once again gaining players!

Battlerite officially went Free2Play as planned on November 8, 2017, and is enjoying considerable success. Much Trouble over Lootboxes
Star Wars Battlefront 2 has been hit by a wave of outrage. This was related to new monetization ideas from EA that stem from games like FIFA. Progress in the Star Wars game is tied to lootboxes, which can be earned in the game but can also be purchased for real money.
The outrage was so strong and persistent that EA removed the option to purchase lootboxes for real money just before release. However, this is said to be only a temporary solution. EA has not yet disclosed how it will ultimately change the system. The company has avoided questions on the matter.

Crossout is described as a free-to-play action MMO, at least that’s how the developer titles it. Similar to World of Tanks, multiple vehicles controlled by players battle on a map.
The twist: There are a seemingly endless number of parts with which you can assemble your own vehicle. This allows you to quickly create an agile buggy or a heavily armored vehicle.
Even futuristic combat walkers crawl across the battlefield. And thanks to the detailed damage model, you can delightfully dismantle enemy vehicles into their individual components.
In addition to PvP battles, there are cooperative missions for up to 4 players, where you compete against AI. As you gain experience, there is an opportunity to develop combat machines called Leviathans and unleash them on players in PvE missions.
My First Minutes
It all starts with the first matches. Until level 3, Crossout sends you into bot battles, which finish pretty quickly. After that, it’s off to multiplayer battles with up to 16 players. Before you can create vehicles yourself, you start with a rusty vehicle equipped with two machine guns. Once on the battlefield, I first took a little honor lap to familiarize myself with the terrain. Then came the first enemy. Load ammunition, aim, and fire bullets.
After a few seconds, only a riddled rust bucket was lying on the ground. After about 10 minutes, the first match was over. But I was just having too much fun! So I took another round, even though I really should have been in bed by then.
A small downside: at the beginning, there are only sluggish bot battles. The AI is, to make matters worse, extremely dumb! It often happened that enemy bots just stood around as if they were enjoying a virtual cup of coffee — or machine oil.
PvP against Players is Significantly More Challenging
Once you reach account level 3, you get to fight against real players. Two teams with 8 players on each side battle on the battlefield. The first team to destroy all the vehicles of the opposing team or capture their base wins. The PvP fights feel much more complex than just dealing with apathetic bots. Within a minute, I had already aimed my first enemy and gave them a good beating with my MGs.
After I had eliminated this one, the next enemy came rushing in. However, this one had one tire less and was hence driving rather awkwardly. I decided to blast their remaining tires and there they stood — helpless on the battlefield.
Build Your Own Vehicle and a Huge Leviathan!
The heart of Crossout is the extensive editor, in which you can build countless variations of vehicles. To unlock new parts, you must choose a faction in the game. These have different missions and grant you access to increasingly powerful parts over time. However, the factions do not have a special story. As a cherry on top, there is also the possibility to build a giant Leviathan. These monsters are much larger than normal vehicles and have an arsenal of various weapons. Once you’ve assembled one, you can register it in the game and unleash it on player groups.
Every time your Leviathan takes down players, you earn additional rewards.
Complete Destruction
A special feature of Crossout is the damage model. You can destroy the armor and parts of the enemy vehicle with your weapons, leaving only a hollow, completely riddled shell. Therefore, you should think carefully about how you create your vehicle. If you build your vehicle poorly, you will have weaknesses and could end up like my last opponent, suddenly without tires on the field. The cool part: Depending on which parts of the enemy vehicle are destroyed, it will affect the gameplay accordingly. If someone shoots off your weapon, you’ll be wandering around unarmed for the rest of the battle and might even ram into a few enemies. But shooting is no longer an option! If your tires are gone, you stand in the middle of the battlefield and can only helplessly watch as other drivers mercilessly take you down from your blind spot.
The PvE Part
A distinctive feature of Crossout is the additional PvE missions. Here you must fulfill various mission objectives with up to 3 teammates and compete against AI. This way, you protect a base or escort a valuable cargo. Then there are missions where you fight against a huge metal can, known as a Leviathan. To play PvE, you need fuel, which you only get for victories in PvP mode. The developers aim to ensure that the main part, namely PvP, is in the foreground. However, I believe that you can gather fuel quite quickly.
What Does the Community Say?
Let’s take a look at the user reviews on Steam. These are mixed. Many players appreciate the artistic freedom when it comes to building vehicles. Since you have a seemingly endless choice here, you create your own vehicle. However, the so-called Hovers in the game, i.e., hover tanks, are criticized by some users for being too strong. It is also reported that the balance does not work properly and thus some teams have more or fewer players on the starting line.
Is Crossout Fair?
Like in many free-to-play games, you can have plenty of fun for hours without having to spend a cent. You can craft the individual parts for your vehicle yourself, but this takes time. If you don’t have time, you can take a look at the auction house, which facilitates trading between players. Prices rise and fall, and if you buy at the right time, you save a lot. There is also the option to get in-game currency with a bit of wallet investment. However, some prices are quite steep. Some epic parts will already cost a pretty penny.
If you’re planning to spend some euros, you should first look at the packages containing pre-assembled vehicles with additional goodies. Such bundles usually have a solid price-performance ratio.
Conclusion: Is Crossout Worth It?
Crossout is a cool game. I like that I can build my ride myself. This leads to individually designed vehicles that have a lot going for them and could easily come straight out of the latest Mad Max movie. The hit physics is also enjoyable. Man, what a feeling it is when the enemy stands motionless on the track without tires and is marked for destruction!
Only the sluggish AI is a bit annoying at first. But luckily, you quickly start brawling with real players. The PvE mode, where you cooperate against the AI, is also interesting and refreshes the genre.

In Destiny 2, you can forge your own Vex weapons with Curse of Osiris. Several endgame quests are available for this.
For a long time, fundamental mechanic changes have been demanded in the Guardianship to make the endgame of Destiny 2 exciting again and to bring back long-term motivation.
A few weeks ago, the developers promised some endgame innovations. However, they did not provide a timeline for when these would be implemented.
It is still unknown whether the first expansion “Curse of Osiris” can enhance the endgame mechanics of Destiny 2. In the first livestream for this DLC, Bungie did not address the criticism but instead presented some of the new content as planned.
This new content includes a weapons forge associated with several quests.
Forge Your Own Vex Weapons
The new social space in Curse of Osiris is the Lighthouse. This is located on Mercury. There, you will meet Brother Vance, who will be an important character for the storyline of the first expansion.
However, in the Lighthouse, there is not only Brother Vance but also a weapons forge. This looks like a kind of altar:
Behind the altar on the wall is the Osiris symbol, which is surrounded by several circles. Here you can see this mural in detail:
The special thing: Each of these circles represents a new weapon. These are Osiris weapons that use Vex technology. One example is the Osiris hand cannon that you can see in the images above.
There are a total of 12 circles, with two cables coming from one of the circles. This circle likely does not represent a new weapon, so you may assume that you can unlock 11 (or even 12) Osiris weapons. Once you obtain a weapon, this will be indicated by a glowing glyph above the circle. Therefore, two weapons have already been unlocked in the image above.
How do you obtain the Osiris weapons? According to Bungie, these weapons are tied to quests. Complete the challenges of the quest, then go to the weapons forge, craft the weapon, and a new glyph appears on the wall. These glyphs indicate your progress.
The weapon forge will only be available in the endgame after you have completed the Curse of Osiris campaign. That means you have 11 or 12 quests ahead of you that will reward you with unique weapons after the campaign.
However, some questions remain open:
How extensive are the quests?
Can the weapons be forged multiple times, can they perhaps even be reforged and given different perks?
And what happens when all circles are activated?
Can this weapons forge improve the endgame? It will definitely provide new goals. Many Guardians will be motivated to unlock all weapons and complete this glyph collection on the wall. But what use is the weapons forge once you have all the weapons? It likely won’t provide the long-awaited long-term motivation.

On Twitter, the Pokémon GO team announced an update on the catch challenge. After one day, we have already caught 298,159,864 Pokémon. To achieve the big goal of 3 billion Pokémon, we need to step it up.

Porenta and Kangama will be unlocked shortly after reaching the milestone, just like the other bonuses.

How many Pokémon must a trainer catch? Pokémon Counter?
The team from PokémonGOHub estimates that each trainer must catch at least 15 to 22 Pokémon per day to achieve the Gold goal. They assume around 20 million trainers worldwide play daily.
We estimate that there may need to be a few more Pokémon caught per day. However, the rewards from the Bronze goal should provide enough motivation to reach the other goals.
It would be best if Niantic activated a Pokémon counter to keep track of the catch statistics. However, it is questionable whether such a feature will be implemented.
