The promising NextGen mobile MMO Royal Blood (Android and iOS) finally has a release date. It is expected to be in June. Additionally, there is a pre-registration event where you can grab some goodies.
Royal Blood is a new mobile MMO that aims to stand out from typical titles of this genre. Unlike games like Lineage 2 Revolution, Royal Blood focuses more on active playing rather than letting the autopilot do everything. It also includes numerous MMORPG features that are primarily known from PC games, including raids, PvP large-scale battles, and crafting.
Recently, there was a detailed beta for Royal Blood. Now the release date is finally known.
Launch still in June
Royal Blood was actually supposed to launch in December 2017, but since Gamevil made extensive changes for the western release, the start was significantly delayed.
Almost half a year later, it is finally happening. Royal Blood is set to be released on June 5, 2018, for Android and iOS.
Pre-register and grab goodies
If you register now on Gamevil’s official site for Royal Blood, you will receive a bunch of goodies. For pre-registrations, you will get 300 diamonds and 5 Blessed Potions. These are XP potions that allow you to level up faster. The rewards may arrive up to a week after the release. On the official Gamevil site, you can register for Royal Blood.
Android users get more: Anyone who plans to play Royal Blood on an Android device can also cash in. If you additionally register for the game via the Google Play Store, you will receive another 300 diamonds and an additional 200,000 gold! This is in addition to the pre-registration on the Royal Blood site.
And what about iOS? Apple users unfortunately have to forgo extra rewards. The additional goodies are only available for Android.
Why should you play Royal Blood?

Two Destiny developers speak frankly about what went wrong with Destiny 2. In the attempt to polish Destiny, much of the magic of Destiny 1 has been lost. Especially the mod system is simply terrible, says one who has worked on it.
Experts among themselves: In the Destiny Community Podcast, some key streamers are gathered who have been following Destiny for years. They used to be with Planet Destiny, but for some time now the podcast has been independent. This time, the panel had two of the leading Destiny 2 developers as guests:
John Weisnewski, the weapons specialist,
and Josh Hamrick, who is responsible for balance.
No PR talk: This is a different atmosphere than what one usually experiences from Bungie, when PR specialists like DeeJ or Mark Noseworthy are fronting. Hamrick and Weisnewski provide insight into the design and what lies behind it. It’s an open atmosphere, although they too do not throw colleagues under the bus or reveal secrets.
Mod system simply terrible, says developer
“Mods are terrible”: When the conversation turns to the mods of Destiny 2, Weisnewski and Hamrick laugh a little and shake their heads. It is clear that they can understand the criticism well. Hamrick says: “The mod system we brought with Destiny 2 was terrible. I can say that, I worked on it.” The system is too complicated and simply bad.
There were probably internal contradictions. Weisnewski says to Hamrick: “I told you that (about being bad and complicated) back then,” but by that time it was already very late.
Hamrick explains: The way mods were introduced did not give developers the opportunity to truly make it what it was supposed to be. Now they want to revise and improve that with the new knowledge.

However, the developers did not want to go into the exact causes of what went wrong with the mod system. Weisnewski said: “The real reason is not worth discussing here. Making games is just difficult.”
Armor in Destiny 2 feels interchangeable: A major point of criticism was that armor in Destiny 2 no longer feels important. There is no reason to specifically hunt for raid armor. Previously, there were fantastic raid armors in Destiny 1 that everyone wanted.
The developers agree. The problem in Destiny 1 was that armors were tied to specific attributes. Whoever wanted to play in a certain way had to look a certain way. If you wanted to be a “bad, dark motherfucker,” it could still happen that for gameplay reasons you had to wear a rainbow-colored armor, explains Weisnewski.
In Destiny 2, they wanted to separate that:
The weapons should influence gameplay
The armor should mainly be for “fashion”.
The problem was that this decision made armor arbitrary and interchangeable, making it mean less in Destiny 2. Therefore, they want to go back and significantly revise armor again. Apparently, they also focused too much on “exotic armor” and overloaded it with perks – legendary armor then fell short.
Buyer’s blindness a problem
Destiny 1, the ugly duckling: Hamrick talks about Destiny 1 as a game that Bungie was proud of, but which was technically an ugly duckling. Destiny 2 was meant to be smoother, more polished, cleaner. In the attempt to make the game so clean, many edges and corners have been sanded down, and they lost exactly what players had fallen in love with in Destiny 1.
But you can see that much better when you are outside the building where everyone works on the game. Because in the studio, they think: “Of course, people now prefer the polished version, because it is much better.” But players fell in love with the ugly duckling because it was fantastic.
Just like with Resident Evil: Hamrick says that he observed exactly the mistakes in another game from the outside that are now occurring with Destiny 2. He loved Resident Evil 4, but was very dissatisfied with Resident Evil 5 because the studio made exactly that polish that Bungie is now undertaking with Destiny 2.
With Resident Evil 4, the developers looked back and said, “We can do this much better now, we know what our fans like!”
With Resident Evil 5, the fans said: “You lost exactly what I liked.”
Apparently, Hamrick sees clear parallels between Destiny and Resident Evil. They want to counteract this, as the statements indicate.

Recently, there have been reports from players that the heroic mode of the war satellite event of the Warmind DLC from Destiny 2 on Mars often cannot be triggered. Bungie has now confirmed: It is indeed a bug.
Destiny 2 is struggling with bugs: With the release of the Warmind expansion, some annoying bugs have crept into the game that are making virtual guardian life difficult for some players.
For some fans, successfully completed heroic strikes are not counted towards quest progress or weekly milestones. Additionally, the exotic pistol Rat King had to be completely disabled in the game due to a glitch.
Bungie is aware of the issues and promises solutions. A hotfix is expected to be released today, May 15, 2018, that will fix the problem with Rat King. However, the studio has now confirmed another bug – this time concerning public events.
Heroic WarSat event on Mars cannot always be triggered
What is the bug all about? In the context of the new “WarSat Down” event on Mars, players must protect a crashed satellite from an impending Hive attack. They need to stay within the close vicinity of the WarSat and eliminate three waves of the Hive – including witches and screamers.
As numerous players have now reported, during the public war satellite event, the third screamer cannot always be destroyed. It either opens briefly or not at all, remaining immune to any damage.
However, its destruction is key to triggering the heroic version of this public event. If one fails to eliminate the last screamer, they may successfully complete the normal event after the required time, but the heroic modifier will not be triggered.
Players were uncertain:Is it a bug, or have players overlooked something about the mechanics?
Bungie confirms the bug: The community manager dmg04 has now voiced on Reddit and confirmed – Yes, it is indeed a bug. If players progress too quickly in the event, the mechanics can sometimes inadvertently prevent the screamer from opening.
As soon as there is more information, they will let the guardians know. However, this issue is not addressed in today’s hotfix.
Can the bug be bypassed? Bungie has not commented on this, but there is a good tip from the community. The witches spawn at approximately 23%, 48%, and 73% of the event. However, if you reach around 80%-85% of the displayed progress, the screamer will close or remain closed if it has not opened yet.
Many players therefore recommend stepping out of the circle around the WarSat as soon as the last witches spawn. This way, progress does not continue, and you have the chance to destroy the third screamer when it opens.

Season 4 in Fortnite: Battle Royale is already two weeks old. Today is reset day – and it brings a new wave of challenges for Week 3 of Season 4. Among other things, you need to collect rubber ducks. Sounds weird? But it’s true.
Epic has previously had players complete all sorts of quirky tasks in the last season. Performing moves in front of a “No Dancing” sign? No problem. Collecting garden gnomes that make strange noises? Why not.

This week you need to collect ten squeaky ducks in addition to the standard tasks (kill a certain number of players, visit locations, etc.) that are scattered across the map of Fortnite: Battle Royale.

Where are the little rubber duckies?
It’s unlikely that you will collect all ten ducks in one match, as they are too widely scattered. Just land at a duck location after jumping from the battle bus and then go loot hunting. This way, you can complete the challenge “in passing”.
The squeaky ducks hide in the following locations. The ducks can usually be found in places related to water, such as lakes, rivers, or bathrooms. They also squeak when you’re roughly nearby.

Duck 6 – Lucky Landing: In the west, there’s a waterfall at the edge of the map, that’s where the duck is!
Duck 7 – Retail Row: Directly above the “T” in “Retail” on the map is a house. The duck is in the bathroom there.
Duck 8 – Retail Row: Far southeast is a metal fence. That’s where the duck is hiding.
Duck 9 – Snobby Shores: One of the houses has a pool where the duck is relaxing.
Duck 10 –Between the prison and Moisty Mire: Directly south of the prison and southwest of Moisty Mire is a pond by a cliff.
The map here shows all locations. There are a total of 20.
If you’ve found all 10 rubber ducks, you can look forward to getting over 10 Battle Stars, which will level you up in the Battle Pass – and bring you closer to the coveted Omega skin.

What is New World? New World is an interesting MMORPG with a somewhat unusual scenario that mixes horror and adventure. It is set during the colonization of America. At Bless, there was controversy regarding the selected streamers during the press event. A rumor cast the influencers in a negative light.
What is the Emissary Program? The new MMORPG Bless uses an “Ambassador” program. Streamers have been chosen to be ambassadors for the game. They are invited to events and are intended to collaborate with them to promote Bless. These ambassadors were also the ones who reported live from the Bless event – Neowiz itself did not produce an official stream. 24 streamers were invited to the event.
In addition to the streamers as ambassadors, there are also other community leaders, who are less prominent. In total, there are 96 of these ambassadors.
Bless wants to partner with second-tier content creators
PUBG as a role model: The collaboration between streamers and developers can have a positive impact on a game. The PR expert of the shooter “PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds” explained in a lecture how to collaborate with influencers without paying them. By giving them access to the developers and involving them in the development, PUBG was able to achieve a lot without spending money.

Emissary Cloak supposedly makes streamers unattackable in PvP
Ugly rumor: The community’s anger against the influencers boiled over due to a false rumor. Allegedly, emissaries were to receive a special cloak that makes them immune to damage. The rumor came from someone in the Bless Discord. Some of the streamers seemed to have played along with this joke and were amused by it. The rumor then spread within the community and was met with significant backlash.
Originator of the rumor clarifies: The originator of the rumor has now responded on reddit. He saw how much trouble his joke is causing for the game and has attempted to resolve it. It was an insider joke among the streamers that some took the wrong way. There was nothing to the rumor; it didn’t even originate from the streamers.
Sensitivity required: Not everything is taken as seriously as it is cooked. Some criticism of the Bless streamers is unjustified and exaggerated. However, influencers will continue to be a hotly discussed topic in the communities. Such a collaboration also requires a certain sensitivity and consideration of how things are perceived “out there”.
After two less successful games, the developer studio Boss Key Productions has now been closed. The servers of the battle royale game Radical Heights are expected to remain online for the near future.
Short and painless, Cliff Bleszinski announced yesterday via Twitter that his studio Boss Key Productions has been closed. The developer studio was founded only four years ago, but it was not very successful with its two released games.
No success with LawBreakers and Radical Heights
What games has the studio released? Bleszinski founded Boss Key Productions in April 2014 to develop the arena shooter LawBreakers. The game has a high skill requirement and is inspired by classic shooters, such as Unreal Tournament, a series for which Cliff Bleszinski is also responsible.
However, LawBreakers failed to captivate the masses, which is why the studio quickly moved on to the next title.
According to Bleszinski, Boss Key Productions “in a last desperate attempt” turned to the battle royale genre. However, Radical Heights also could not distinguish itself enough from the competition in the form of Fortnite and PUBG.
Only once could the battle royale game, which entered “Extreme Early Access” on Steam on April 10, rise up. During the emergency maintenance of Fortnite on April 12, when the servers were unavailable for hours, Radical Heights seemed to be a suitable alternative for players.
When the well-known Fortnite streamer Ninja showcased the battle royale game on his Twitch channel, it seemed that luck was finally on Radical Heights’ side. On that day, more than 200,000 people watched the game on the streaming platform, making it the most-watched title.

Das sind die schweren Herausforderungen in der 2. Woche. Sie geben jeweils 10 Battlepass-Sterne und damit je eine sofortige Stufe.

Was ist der Gesamtertrag? Wenn ihr alle Herausforderungen abschließt, winken also wieder 5 garantierte Stufen im Battlepass. Außerdem schaltet ihr eine weitere Stufe in der Blockbuster-Herausforderung frei. Das gibt dann nochmals einen Hinweis auf einen versteckte Bonus-Stufe im Battlepass.
So erledigt ihr die neuen Herausforderungen
Sollte der Leak zutreffen, geht ihr am besten wie folgt vor:
Die Truhen in Lonely Lodge holt ihr euch am besten in einem Event, in dem vermehrt Loot fällt. Dann spawnen Kisten an fast allen Punkten und ihr bekommt diese Aufgabe schnell gelöst.
Schaden mit Pistolen anrichten ist recht leicht, wenn ihr gleich zu Spielbeginn mit den Wummen herumballert. Dann sind die Gegner noch nicht so gut ausgestattet. Idealerweise nutzt ihr Pistolen in Nahkämpfen in verwinkelten Orten wie Tilted Towers.
Wenn ihr 3 Spieler schnell wiederbeleben wollt, spielt ihr idealerweise den 50vs50-Modus, der gerade aktiv ist. Er soltle außerdem öfter noch in Season 4 verfügbar sein.
Die Schatzkarte und die Fundorte derGummienten werden sicherlich bald von fleißigen Spielern offenbart. Wir werden dann Videos und Guides nachreichen.
Solltet ihr kein guter Sniper sein, dann wartet einfach, bis der Scharfschützen-Spielmodus wiederkommt und geht dann auf die Jagd. 3 Kills solltet ihr da irgendwann schaffen.
Die Kills bei Tilted Towers sollten hingegen schnell erledigt sein. Dort mangelt es selten an Feinden.

You can reach level 60 fastest if you consider a few things while leveling:
Be flexible. If you want to quickly reach the maximum level in Conan Exiles, you must be able to adapt. Circumstances often require that you take a more effective route for the moment, such as when you run out of iron and can’t find any nearby.
Never follow just one path. There are multiple ways to level up quickly. However, never follow just one path but combine it with other possibilities. This way, you can maximize the experience points you gain from your time.
Think about what you will do next. If you run into the desert aimlessly, you will waste a lot of time. Think about which method you want to use to level up the next five or ten levels and plan your route accordingly. Familiarize yourself with the area and compare it with your options.
Quick tips:
Do as much as possible at your current level. You may need the preparation for later.
Collect talent points and learn talents that you might need at the moment. You can reset everything at level 60 anyway.
Think ahead. If you have to do things at a later point that are intended for lower levels, it will take time for little gain.
Don’t play alone. In a group, especially with higher-level friends, you’ll progress faster and can tackle more lucrative activities.

Leveling up quickly through Journey
The quickest way to level up fast is the Journey. The Journey is a kind of orientation system meant to help players find their way in Conan Exiles. Whenever you don’t know what to do, just try to complete the next step of the Journey.
The individual steps of the Journey grant you a large chunk of experience points. Initial steps can be completed quickly and are relatively easy. Later goals can be quite dangerous.
The Journey acts as an anchor for all your activities. If you always pursue one of the steps, you can easily complete all other tips from this guide alongside. This maximizes your experience gained and allows you to reach level 60 in a few hours.

Immediately fulfill all easy steps for fast leveling. Most of them you can complete alone, but some require friends or a clan. The easy steps are:
Chapters 1-4 of the Journey
Improve a building part (Chapter 5)
Ride an elevator (Chapter 5)
Decorate yourself with war paint (Chapter 5)
Modify a weapon (Chapter 6)
Modify armor (Chapter 6)
Crush something in the fluid press (Chapter 6)
Disable, bleed and sever enemies (all Chapter 6)
Survive a sandstorm outside the shelter (Chapter 7)
Wear a bandit armor piece (Chapter 7)
Remove corruption by watching a performer (Chapter 7)
Get drunk without restraint (Chapter 8)
Drink a yellow lotus potion (Chapter 8)
Equip a Nordheimer armor set (Chapter 9)
With these steps alone, you should be able to reach around level 30.
New characters quickly reach the first levels to survive better.
Only the next three goals are described.
The Journey always offers new goals, providing motivation to play.
Without higher-level friends, some goals can only be completed at a higher level.
Completing two goals grants about one level.
Later steps of the Journey are very time-consuming and dangerous.
Each goal can be achieved at any time.
Many goals can be easily completed with the help of friends.
The neutral character Arcos encounters you early on and is important for one of the steps of the Journey.
Experience through fighting
Combat in Conan Exiles is one of the game’s pillars. You will hardly survive in the world without fighting. In the beginning, fights are quite easy, but they become harder around the first areas in the desert.
Leveling through fights only becomes effective at higher levels. In the early levels, you will hardly gain experience for killing hyenas or exiles. However, starting around level 30-40, this increases.
Killing stronger opponents grants more experience points. Once you venture into the jungle or push into the icy north, you will notice that the enemies reward you with significantly more experience points.

“TTFA” stands for Time To First Activation. That is the minimum time you need to fight with this moveset before a bar for the charged attack is filled and you can use it.

Many comfort features from World are missing
Capcom wanted to conquer the West with Monster Hunter World and modernize the franchise. Therefore, some comfort features were introduced that do not exist in Monster Hunter Generations Ultimate.
Weapon downgrading: If you have created and upgraded a weapon, it is impossible to take it apart again.
Wish lists: In World, you can specify which equipment you want on the wish list. Once you have the materials for it, the list notifies you. This list does not exist in Generations.
Seamless transitions between zones: Each map is divided into zones marked by numbers. In Monster Hunter Generations Ultimate, you will have to go through a loading screen every time you switch zones.
Multiple camps on the map: There is only one camp per map where you can retreat. However, the maps are smaller.
Canteen in the camp: Canteens where you get meals for buffs are only outside the map. Therefore, you must eat before embarking on a mission.
Fast travel to camps: You have to walk to the camp on the map; there is no fast travel.
Equipment exchange in camps: Only the equipment you selected before the mission is available. You cannot change it at the camp.
Displayed resource points on the map: If you find certain resources like bones in World, these will be saved on the map. In Generations, you have to remember the resource points.
Scout flies instead of color markers: Scout flies pick up the trail of a monster and lead you to your target. In Generations, you must mark the monsters yourself with a color ball. The color ball loses its effect over time. Tracking a monster can take longer this way.
Displayed weaknesses of monsters: Through the monster encyclopedia, you learn what weaknesses a monster has and what loot it drops. This is not the case in Generations.
Damage numbers: There is no indicator that tells you how much damage you have dealt.
Speaking NPCs: The characters in Monster Hunter Generations Ultimate do not speak with you. There are only displayed texts.
Auto-crafting: You must manually craft consumables.
Using items while walking: If you want to use a consumable like a health potion, you must stand still.
Unlimited whetstones: You must craft whetstones, and they are consumed. If you run out of whetstones on a quest and your weapon has lost all sharpness, you have a problem.
Pie menu for items: The pie menu that allows quick access to consumables does not exist. You only have the scroll menu available.
The gameplay is different, especially in combat
From the gameplay, you can expect roughly the same in Monster Hunter Generations Ultimate as in World. You will mostly be busy hunting monsters and improving your equipment.
With the hunting styles, you specialize in a certain combat style. Each style grants you various evasive actions, special attacks, and different hunting techniques. Monster Hunter Generations had four hunting styles. The Ultimate DLC coming to the Switch adds two new styles as an expansion.

Bravery – New: rewards successful attacks with new moves
Alchemy Style – New: support items can be crafted quickly in combat
Guild Style: classic Monster Hunter gameplay
Aerial Style: allows attacks from the air
Slasher Style: three instead of two hunting techniques can be used
Counter Style: faster attacks and counters
The hunting techniques are large, dramatic actions. To execute them, a technique gauge must be filled, which happens by attacking monsters. You can then perform actions like wide sweeping attacks or absolute evasion.
Hunting as a Palico in Prowler mode
In Monster Hunter Generations Ultimate, you can also hunt monsters as a Palico. To do this, you must first recruit the cats as allies. Once you register your ally as a Prowler, you can control the cat yourself. You can switch between Palico and your hunter at will.
Armors based on weapon types: In World, your armors and weapons are independent of each other. In Generations, some sets can only be worn in combination with specific weapon types. They are divided into Blademaster (melee) and Shooter (ranged).
Weapons must be crafted instead of upgraded: The weapon tree in World works such that you mostly upgrade your weapons. In Generations, you mostly have to craft new weapons.
The environment cannot be used: World offers a vivid ecosystem where you can actively use nature in gameplay. In Generations, there are no bomb toads or vines that you can use to influence monsters. Monsters also do not have territory fights in Generations.
Multiplayer and single-player are strictly separated: You have quests available that you can play solo and those you can play with friends.
There is no drop-in: You cannot join ongoing quests and there is no SOS signal.
There is no clear main quest line: World was the first part of the series to follow a clear story quest line. Generations has less story and does not have a clearly defined structure.
