During the Outbreak event, specific modifiers are active that affect gameplay. You earn Global Event Credits during certain activities, which you can use to buy containers.

Outbreak (Always active): Headshot kills temporarily increase headshot damage. Additionally, headshots cause an explosion on enemies: A cloud streams from the heads of the killed enemies and inflicts bleeding on nearby foes.
