These heroes are played by Maxim76: His Overbuff statistics show that he primarily plays Moira and is extremely successful with her. But he also enjoys using other support characters (Mercy, Brigitte, Lúcio) repeatedly. This is likely because you have to keep an eye on your friends with these heroes, which can be done without special communication. With a tank, it would be more difficult, as you have to shield friends behind you, which requires good communication.
