The Summer Games of Overwatch have started again. Earn new and old skins from the Summer Games and enjoy Lúcio Ball!
In line with the hottest time of the year, Overwatch once again announces the Summer Games. In the Summer Games 2018, as is tradition in Overwatch, there are new skins to earn and special loot boxes that are only available during the 3 weeks of the Summer Games.
August 9, 2018, 8:30 PM – Wait times are high: Keep in mind that there are increased wait times when an event starts. Queues with up to several thousand players are normal. If you want to play in a timely manner, you should log into the game beforehand. Some players also encounter error messages directly. This is now “normal” at the start of an event and should be resolved by tomorrow at the latest.
3 weeks for new loot boxes. As usual, loot boxes can be obtained in several ways. Either you buy them for real money or earn them in-game through level ups or the first wins in the arcade. If you already know what you want, you can also specifically buy skins with credits.

Lúcio Ball is back: In the arcade, players can once again compete against each other in Lúcio Ball. As in the past, 6 players form two teams of 3 Lúcios and try to play a kind of “soccer”.
Remember that you only have three weeks to collect all the skins you want to acquire. After that, you will have to wait a year for a new chance to obtain the skins.
