Reaper laughs maniacally. Mei takes out a whole team. Lúcio pushes like there’s no tomorrow. Time for some Overwatch “Play of the Game” moments!
Frost, Shotgun and a Push
Last week, there were plenty of exciting, funny, or just brilliant gameplay scenes in Overwatch. We scoured the social media for you and picked out three highlights that we want to share with you.
First, we show a clip from player Deathdorito, who really shines on “Volskaya Industries” with his ultimate. Titled “How to Right Click with Mei”, the video shows how the frosty lady single-handedly tears apart the entire enemy team, which stands no chance of escaping the icy prison. Who needs a team when you can control the power of ice and frost?
The second entry is not a real “special thing”, but perfectly timed nonetheless. After the Reaper player Renounced receives a Nanoboost from Ana, he clears the control point with his ultimate ability all by himself. As it is fitting for “cool kids,” a spray logo and an emote follow – the dark laughter of the Reaper, precisely cut off in time. All that’s missing is a “To be continued” on the screen.
Our third entry is a submission from our reader Xun Pok, who really cranks it up with Lúcio on the map Numbani. He doesn’t care much for the opponents’ plans to take the control point and pushes them off the edge (and repeatedly). A multi-kill that is quite impressive!
