Reinhardt gives McCree a boost
Once again this week, we scoured the various forums and Reddit to find 3 of the most entertaining moments from Overwatch. And what can we say? We hit the jackpot again.
The absolute gem of the week goes to a McCree. Well, strictly speaking, it goes to a duo of McCree and Reinhardt on the Route 66 map. In the last seconds of the game, things look bleak for the defending team as the payload is nearly at the goal. McCree wants to turn the tide with his “High Noon,” but the opposing team is hiding out of sight. Reinhardt seizes the moment and charges forward: The charge sends three enemies flying, landing in McCree’s line of fire. Boom, triple kill.
Our second place goes to the “Flycatcher” Reinhardt, who isn’t discouraged by the fact that he is primarily a melee hero. Just as he is about to charge, Junkrat’s mine explodes under his feet and sends him into the air – exactly at the height of the enemy Pharah, whom he quickly squashes against the next wall. Sometimes, luck just plays a part.
Few things in Overwatch are as satisfying as the feeling of finally getting that darn basketball into the hoop. But it gets even cooler. Syncing up with the announcer to sink the ball right on time, just like this Tracer demonstrates here.
