Soldier: 76 from Overwatch has had enough. In a video, he takes out everyone who annoys him – and he does it quite thoroughly.
When Soldier: 76 Loses His Patience
As a player of Overwatch, you know the character Soldier: 76. Formerly known as Jack Morrison, he was the leader of Overwatch and led the organization through many crises until he ultimately lost his life in a bomb explosion at the Swiss headquarters. At least that was the assumption, as he is not actually dead, because he is playable again in Overwatch as “Soldier: 76.” Time has made him a rather brutal fighter for the “good” – even if he occasionally follows his own agenda.
This does not sit well with YouTuber GetFuzzed. He turns the well-meaning soldier into a somewhat different character and twists the facts of the Overwatch universe a bit in “Old War Veteran Kills Everything in His Sights.” Here too, Soldier: 76 gets rid of enemies, but he does not spare anyone.
Children in his front yard, annoying Tracer fanboys, and even peaceful Omnic monks all receive their direct ticket to the afterlife. The YouTuber only uses footage from the original Overwatch cinematics, as well as some voice lines from the game. You should check it out for yourself, but beware: This is not really politically correct.
Mein-MMO says: The humor may be a bit crude, but at the latest with Hanzo’s girlish scream, I had to laugh heartily. The changing camera perspective between the child and Soldier’s face also made me grin. Sometimes a little dark humor can be so delightful. In this sense: Cheers, love! The cavalry is here!
