Every week in Overwatch, absurd, exciting, or just funny moments happen, which are often captured in a “Play of the Game”. We have searched through social media again and picked out three special highlights for you. Enjoy our 3 “Play of the Game” moments of the week!
Heroes die at the last moment
Our first highlight comes from Mercy player Kiserlodski (who of course already has the new skin). During a match in Eichenwalde, the whole team goes down and only Mercy remains – but the ultimate is not ready yet. So the Swiss player grabs the pistol herself and achieves the much-needed resurrection – mere milliseconds before she herself meets her end. Perfect timing and perfect luck!
Our second “Play of the Game” comes from KnownMartian, who throws around some curses but still delivers more than a solid performance. At the first control point of Volskaya Industries, it seems like all is lost – but then Genji arrives. You should check it out for yourself. Sometimes success seems simply predestined by fate.
Our last entry is not really a “highlight” but still worth mentioning. While the whole team rushes to capture the control point on Hanamura, Hanzo takes a different route – and is shocked when he realizes who is hiding there. Sometimes you just have to blend in with your surroundings. It’s also nice that you can see the fright of the Hanzo player even in his reaction.
