In Overwatch so much has happened again. D.Va harasses Hanzo, Pharah experiences joy and sorrow in quick succession.
Every week, absurd, exciting, or simply funny moments happen in Overwatch, which often get captured in a “Play of the Game.” We have searched through social media again and picked out three treats for you. Enjoy our 3 “Play of the Game” moments of the week!
Under the name “Korean Teenager Harasses Grieving Japanese Man,” the player Pukiaki published a play. It’s not particularly spectacular, but quite mean. D.Va chases Hanzo through the halls and eats his arrows with the Defense Matrix. When she gets tired of this, she leaves her mech – and traps poor Hanzo between the wall and the mech. Mean and effective.
The second clip today comes from the Pharah player Eatmypantsu. His Play of the Game takes place on the map Dorado. As a last action to save the game, he wants to use his ultimate to take out the opposing team and bring the payload home. And he does succeed. Almost. See for yourself:
Our last entry also falls into the “Curiosities” category, as the “Play of the Game” goes to Zenyatta. If you think, “Oh, that’s surely a Transcendence,” you are mistaken. Zenyatta can also get the highlight in other cases (at least some players claim so). One such moment is when Oggvorbis receives a Nanoboost from Ana – and makes mincemeat out of the opposing team at top speed.
