The popularity of Overwatch is far from fading on Pornhub. The porn site published a list of the most searched terms in 2016. Overwatch made its debut in the Top 20 for the first time. The hype of the Pokémon GO summer did not go unnoticed by PornHub either.
Overwatch and porn – a trend that continues to rise. PornHub recently published its 2016 year in review. This includes a listing of the most popular search terms on the porn site. For the first time, Overwatch is listed in PornHub’s Top 20 as a new entry.
Even before the release, Overwatch spread across various erotic portals. Blizzard was never happy about this and often took action against the sexualization of its heroes. But the internet always finds a way. Fans continue to create self-animated films and upload and share them on porn sites and other platforms.
In the early beta, it was possible to obtain the 3D models of the characters. These were later processed by many erotic artists in filmmakers. This gives the heroes a particularly realistic appearance and could explain the popularity of the models in porn.
There is also a porn parody of Overwatch featuring actors.
Overwatch ranks 11th among the most searched terms on PornHub

Blizzard has always worked hard to create a diverse universe with Overwatch. Everyone should be able to identify with the heroes. Some have likely found their ideal (sexual) partner.
Pokémon reaches a sudden peak on PornHub
The hype of the Pokémon summer of 2016 also left its mark on PornHub. Pokémon were not only searched for wildly on the streets. The search for the pocket monsters on PornHub increased significantly. The fading hype of Pokémon GO was also observed on PornHub and interest declined again. Nevertheless, it seems that Pokémon has maintained a consistent higher level since September.
