Every hero gets their due
After Overwatch has been released for several months, a lot has also happened in the area of fan creations. This ranges from beautiful artworks to pornographic content. However, today we want to especially focus on the various songs around Overwatch that fans have released in recent weeks and months. Overall, we’ve picked out 3 songs that stand out quite a bit from the crowd (in our opinion).
First, we have a rap from channel JT Machinima, dedicated to the Shimada brothers. In a nearly 6-minute piece, the eternal conflict between the two brothers is explained – for us, this song is now essential when mowing down the battlefield as Hanzo or Genji.
The second song is by Instalok, who was already responsible for the song “Can’t stop the Healing”. In his work “Ana said”, everything revolves around the latest healer Ana Amari, as the name suggests. It’s a parody of the song “Mama said” by Lukas Graham – just give it a listen. Although we still find it hard to believe that Ana would say “Just go out there and kill them all…”, but hey, details!
Our last song is by Yogscast and is titled “The World needs Heroes”. Here, every character in the game gets a brief introduction, which sometimes goes a bit below the belt – but luckily the singer manages to catch himself every time. Everything has to remain family-friendly!
