The most spectacular multi-kills in Overwatch can be generated by D.Va solo. We show you some special scenes.
Explosions with D.Va – “Nerf this!”
Of the 21 different characters in Overwatch, none is as good as D.Va at generating devastating multi-kills. The reason for this is quite simple. Her ultimate ability allows her to exit her personal mech after the self-destruct sequence has been initiated. The opposing team, as well as D.Va, has 3 seconds to take cover after that, because everything caught in the explosion will inevitably find itself in the realm of the dead.
These 3 seconds often mean that – if at all – only one or two players lose their virtual lives in the explosion. Unless D.Va places the mech in such a way that it falls on the enemies from above and they don’t notice what is happening until it’s too late. The result is quite amusing multi-kills, especially since (or perhaps because?) you rarely see the victims. We have selected some of the best scenes for you.
This interesting video shows the map Hollywood at the first control point. It’s hard to capture – but not when you throw the enemies a little gift over the roof first.
The following video shows a bit more, as the opposing team is displayed. Always delightful when they try desperately to escape.
Even funnier are the moments when other players also help – from the opposing team. A Roadhog can, for example, pull the exploding mech towards him with his hook. A Reinhardt could also “push it away” – or right towards his allies.
