For the Overwatch Anniversary Event 2018, Blizzard announced new skins, emotes, and a new map. Initially, the content was supposed to be revealed later, but due to an error, it is already known.
Server error leaks content of the Overwatch Anniversary Event: This year’s event celebrating Overwatch’s birthday starts on Tuesday, May 22 and ends on June 11. The skins, dances, and the new map have already been leaked due to a server error in Taiwan.
Overwatch Anniversary Skins, Dances and Map: Petra leaked
This year’s event for Overwatch’s birthday brings 50 new cosmetic items. Among them are 11 skins for heroes. You can purchase the new skins and cosmetics during the duration of the event or earn them through event loot boxes.
Along with the skins, there are also three dances for the heroes that were not playable last year: Doomfist, Moira, and Brigitte. For the last anniversary event, every hero received a dance.
For the anniversary event, the developers of Overwatch are also bringing a new deathmatch map, Petra. Petra has also already been playable on the server.

- Stealth Bastion brings the Omnic to the dark side – to Talon.
- Venom Soldier 76 is an epic skin in which Soldier wears a new mask and a toxic green casual jacket.
New Map Petra brings Ranked Deathmatch
Petra will be a pure deathmatch map where all players fight each other. Blizzard is also introducing a ranking system for this mode alongside the new map. You can now compete with others in deathmatch.
The deathmatch ranked system is supposed to operate similarly to Lúcioball ranked for the summer games. The ranked season runs separately from the regular season and will have its own ranking system. So you have your own leaderboard and your own MMR for deathmatch.
