Even a rework doesn’t make Corki weaker
Why is Corki too strong? Especially in professional sports, Corki is a thorn in the side of many fans. The Fnatic pro Humanoid explains that ADCs generally have an advantage on the mid lane because their movement speed is significantly higher than that of mages.

mentions that Corki’s E ability has only been buffed for 13 years before patch 14.12 and has never been nerfed. The last nerf of this ability likely occurred in Season 1.
With patch 14.10, Corki received a rework intended to bring him back more into his ADC role and thus onto the bot lane. However, this did not work, as the user “Individual-Taro-8232” emphasizes on Reddit: Corki is still played more on the mid lane.
The reason for this is mainly his Q ability, which not only deals high damage to his opponents but is also difficult to dodge, especially if one is not faster than the Yordle.
What do players specifically demand? Players primarily demand that Corki is adjusted so he is no longer as strong on the mid lane for professional players. Users like “ricardo241” demand on Reddit even that Corki should disappear entirely, as if played correctly, he can destroy anyone in the early, mid, and late game.
Nevertheless, some users, like “MirrowFox”, share the hope on Reddit that with the latest patch 14.16, in which Corki was actually nerfed, the situation will balance out again. Currently, however, this does not seem to be the case.
