MeinMMO editor Maik loves little tricks in games like Diablo 4. Best are those that are not so obvious, to perhaps show off a bit. But he would rather forget an inventory trick in Blizzard’s action RPG.
Do you know these teammates? The types who let you make mistakes three times before they rudely press a simple trick on you?
By now, you know one: Hi, I’m Maik.
Diablo 4 is yet another game that doesn’t fully explain many important mechanics, and due to my research for MeinMMO, I often have a small information advantage when it comes to weak equipment values or other important info.
However, there is one trick I won’t share privately because it stabs in my chest just thinking about it: it’s about leaving uniques and legendarys behind in Diablo 4.
I was particularly proud and rude about my first discovered trick after the release. However, it is also helpful, as you can see clearly in the video:
What kind of trick is that? Players of Diablo 4 must keep their inventory clean. This applies to the stash as well as the inventory on the go. There are some tricks for inventory management. You can socket gems because you get them back when dismantling items.
One trick recommends simply leaving unique items and legendarys behind. Just writing this makes me shake my head.
In total, 10 uniques and legendarys will automatically be sent to the stash. The next time you go to the loot stash, you can collect the “forgotten” items here.
And how terrible is that? I tried it for a session, and it hurt every time. Just leaving the best loot behind? The stuff that blinks and shines the most? That could be exactly the aspect I need?
Maybe the unique ring is finally Mendel’s Ring, which I need for my minion build that I’ve been tweaking for 200 hours?
Even though it’s nice that up to 10 items are sent after us. It is also terrible and cruel. Just like me when I laugh at a clueless teammate who has no idea. Apparently, I deserve that.
If you want to share some tricks, feel free to leave a comment. Any trick is welcome, and what proves to be strong will quickly turn into an article.
