Amazon has announced which games will be available with Prime Gaming in March. Among them is a role-playing game that first appeared in 1998 and is considered one of the best in the genre. If you use Amazon Prime, you can keep the game permanently.
What kind of game is it? Baldur’s Gate is based on the famous Pen&Paper rule system Dungeons & Dragons. You create a character there, choosing from the various classes and races of D&D, and can distribute skill and attribute points.
In the adventure, you start as an orphan searching for your father’s murderer. The game consists of 7 chapters and a prologue. In the process, you complete quests, gain strength, and can recruit and meet companions.
Baldur’s Gate is a so-called “tactical role-playing game” that you play from an isometric perspective and with turn-based battles. It is one of the best role-playing games on Steam and is considered one of the best RPGs of all time.

How do I get Baldur’s Gate? As Amazon announced in a new video, the Enhanced Edition of Baldur’s Gate will be available as part of Prime Gaming starting March 2.

Even though Baldur’s Gate is a bit dated, it is the highlight of the presented games. On Steam, the RPG has a rating of 95%. Due to its gameplay and isometric camera, the outdated graphics are not as noticeable, as role-playing games tend to focus more on story.
If you prefer something more modern, there is currently another role-playing game on offer. Divinity: Original Sin 2 even offers a co-op feature and is currently discounted:
