On Prime Day 2024, there are plenty of deals. MyMMO editor Benedikt Schlotmann especially recommends a gaming keyboard from Corsair.
With the Corsair K65 PLUS Wireless, I was able to test an excellent gaming keyboard for gamers a few months ago. Now you can get the keyboard for around 100 euros on sale. According to Geizhals, this is the current best price.
Corsair’s gaming keyboard is a real recommendation for 100 euros
Why do I like the keyboard? Corsair has packed all the features I would wish for a modern gaming keyboard into its K65 PLUS Wireless: These include:
- PBT keycaps
- lubed and hot-swappable switches
- good battery life
- built-in sound insulation in the keyboard case, so the switches are quieter.
This gives Corsair a significant advantage over Logitech, Roccat, and others, who generally offer their keyboards at similar prices but with significantly fewer features. And for around 100 euros, I believe you won’t find a better option if you are looking for a compact keyboard.

What are the criticisms? The keycaps are not translucent, so you have to forgo nice RGB effects. Alternatively, you would need to buy other keycaps.
The lack of a wrist rest is also annoying, as the keyboard is quite high, and I find it uncomfortable without a wrist rest for extended periods. However, I have since bought a bamboo wrist rest, which solves the problem.
One should also note that this is a 75% keyboard. The keyboard stops to the right of the arrow keys, and there is no number pad or many extra keys. This is not a real criticism, but it is something to be aware of before purchasing.
