The filming of the 3rd season of the survival show 7 vs. Wild has been completed and the participants are gradually returning. Twitch streamer Maximilian “Trymacs” Stemmler (29) brings particularly good news from the wilderness, as he has become engaged.
What decision has the streamer made? Trymacs addressed his fans on Instagram during the night from Sunday to Monday, August 28th, our time. He does not want to answer questions about the third season of 7 vs. Wild, but he has a great piece of news.
As Trymacs reports, he proposed to his long-time girlfriend right after his return from the wilderness. He likely made that decision during his time in the Canadian forests: “You definitely had a lot of time to think.”
In a separate Instagram post, the streamer proudly announced: She said “Yes”. Notable in the pictures, alongside the happy couple, is the wooden engagement ring, which looks suspiciously hand-carved. It seems Trymacs found time for a little project in addition to the survival challenge.
Whether we will learn about the origin story of the ring during the airing of the survival show remains to be seen.
Proposal sparks speculation about 7 vs. Wild
How are the reactions? Numerous friend content creators like Chefstrobel or AnniTheDuck congratulated the couple. But attentive fans are much more interested in another detail.
In his story, Trymacs said: “I came back and immediately proposed to her.” This suggests that the streamer’s partner was already in Canada when he returned from the wilderness.
One viewer calculates: The streamer must have lasted at least 10 days in the wilderness. Another fan adds that Trymacs is far too ambitious to propose after an early exit (via Reddit).
Especially among the streamers with rather little survival experience, many are wondering whether they managed to last the full 14 days. Participant Knossi had previously said that there are the professionals and the entertainers.
Fans will likely have to wait several more months before they receive answers to their questions. Trymacs announced that he wants to take a few days to relax before there are streams again – the combination of 7 vs. Wild and his engagement is just too surreal.
Just a few days ago, another marriage proposal drew attention, as Twitch streamers were also involved. However, in this case, they only played wingman. You can read the whole story here:
