The Next update for No Man’s Sky comes – All about the launch and download
When does the download start on Xbox One and PC? According to the Microsoft Store and No Man’s Sky Reddit, the NEXT update will be available starting from 3 PM this afternoon. From this date, the game will also be available for download on Xbox One through the Microsoft Store. However, the boxed version will only be available starting July 26.
Download on PS4 – Sony fans will have to wait a bit longer: Those playing on PS4 will have to be a little more patient. The update event is supposed to start on Sony’s console at 6 PM.
How do you access the update? Depending on which platform you are playing on, you can access NEXT as follows:
- On PC, the download will automatically start via Steam, and the online game will update itself
- On PS4, you will be shown a new update for No Man’s Sky, which will then be downloaded and installed automatically
- On Xbox One, the update is already included in the main game. You will receive it directly when you purchase and download the game
The major update is available to you for free.
Downtime and download size: Developer Hello Games has not revealed anything about a potential downtime or the size of the NEXT update yet.
