What will the gameplay in Starship Troopers: Extermination look like? Together with 11 other people, you will fight in online co-op against the giant plague represented by aliens in insect form.
Together, you explore the planet and complete missions. At the same time, you must take care of your survival: collect resources in the game world and build a base that you must defend against the aliens. To escape the planet, you search for an extraction point.
Three different classes are available for you to choose from, depending on your play style:
- Assault
- Support
- Defense
As you rank up, you can unlock more weapons, equipment, and perks for each class that will assist you in the fight against the insects.
There will be a large map consisting of 5 different zones. You will fight against entire swarms of enemies, made up of hundreds of opponents. At the early access of the game, you will encounter 5 different alien types:
- Drone
- Warrior
- Shooter
- Plasma Grenadiers
- Tiger Elite Enemies
What does the multiplayer mode in Starship Troopers look like? A total of 12 players can play in online co-op: You form squads of 4 people each.
Communication is supposed to be essential in gameplay, which is why you can quickly communicate with your teammates via a ping system.
