In Pokémon GO you can now find various raid bosses from Team Rocket. We show you an overview of all current Pokémon in raids.
That’s why there are new bosses: A Team Rocket event is currently running, which is why the raid bosses have changed. Numerous Pokémon that Team Rocket has battled in the console games are now in the raids.
In addition to the new Pokémon, there are still numerous counters against Mewtwo in the raids, as the special Mewtwo with armor is still the level-5 boss.
The raid bosses for the Team Rocket event
| Raid Level | Pokémon |
| Level-1 Raid (red egg) | Rettan Zubat Mauzi Tragosso Shuppet Driftlon Zwirrlicht Sheinux |
| Level-2 Raid (red egg) | Flunkifer Sniebel Magneton Sleimok Duflor Sandamer Tannza Traunfugil Alola-Kokowei |

| Level-4 Raid (yellow egg) | Absol Despotar Alola-Knogga Hundemon Sarzenia Tengulist |
| Level-5 Raid (black egg) | Armored Mewtwo |
What’s special about the list: Currently, the pool of possible raid Pokémon is extremely large. Sometimes there are 9 different Pokémon at one raid level. Normally, there are usually 4 to 5 Pokémon here.
Which bosses are worth it? As a counter against Mewtwo, you should rely on Despotar and Gengar. They are among the top counters.
Also interesting is Sniebel, as its evolution Snibunna is a top counter and this Pokémon can also be shiny since the event started. In raids, you have a good opportunity.
Which Pokémon can be shiny? The list of possible shinies is long again. Especially in the small raid levels, many possible shinies are included:
- Zubat
- Shuppet
- Sheinux
- Rettan
- Zwirrlicht
- Driftlon
- Tragosso
- Sniebel
- Tannza
- Traunfugil
- Flunkifer
- Alola-Kokowei
- Sichlor
- Alola-Raichu
- Alola-Knogga
- Absol
How long will the bosses stay like this? The event with Team Rocket ends on August 1. Mewtwo will even disappear a day earlier on July 31.
So we can expect new raid bosses by August 1 at the latest, which will then correspond to the new legendary Pokémon.
