This weekend you will find new raid bosses in Pokémon GO. Players who are still hunting for the Meltan quest might be excited.
That’s why new bosses are coming: The current bosses will appear in the raids with the great Regi event. This brings back the titular Regi trio of Regirock, Regice, and Registeel – but also some other bosses. Additionally, there will be some quests and Regigigas, but only for paying players.

How good are the bosses? Among the current bosses, few Pokémon stand out. Most of them are already known from previous raids. However, it should be noted that there are noticeably many Shinys among them. So those on the hunt for shiny Pokémon will be happy this weekend.
Especially shiny Panzaeron, which is available in its shiny form for the first time, will likely be on many trainers’ lists. Few players probably have enough candies from Klikk. Counters against the Regis can be found less in the raids.
Help for the Meltan quest: If you’re still stuck on the Meltan quest from last year, you might want to take another look. With Liliep and Anorith, there are two Pokémon available in raids that you need to complete the quest. The second to last quest step requires catching two Liliep or Anorith – this is the perfect opportunity if you haven’t finished it yet.
