These are Prime Icon Moments: Prime Icons have been the best versions of icons so far. With the Prime Icon Moments, even better versions of selected legends come to FUT 19. With these, EA wants to celebrate the heroic moments of the icons.
The new Prime Icon Moments: On February 22, EA Sports released additional cards of the new Prime Icon Moments. Many of the most popular and strongest icons have received an upgrade.

The best icon card in the game: Pelé now has a 99-rated card with the new Prime Icon Moments. Never before has there been such a strong icon card in FUT 19 – and better than a 99 overall rating is simply not possible:
His stats are outstanding and leave nothing to be desired. Especially in the physical and passing attributes, the new top icon significantly outperforms his 98-rated card.
A German and further highlights: With Lehmann, a second German is now included in the Prime Icon Moments, he receives a strong 91-rated card.
Additionally, many popular icons have received new cards. The cards of Vieira, Gullit, and Eusébio, which are particularly favored by professionals, have received very strong new versions with the Prime Icon Moments.

The new cards are in packs: The cards are now included in sets and can be drawn with a very large portion of luck. However, it is also possible to acquire the Prime Icon Moments on the transfer market.
Additionally, there will be squad-building challenges for various Prime Icon Moments. Currently, you can use this method to obtain Ruud van Nistelrooy.
Coinciding with these new Prime Icon Moments, the winter upgrades of La Liga have gone live in FIFA 19 Ultimate Team.
