Monster Hunter World (PC, PS4, Xbox One) is supposed to have more lore than its predecessors. In the new story trailer “Third Fleet”, a piece of this story is revealed. There are new characters to see and a monstrous problem that the hunters have to deal with.
Capcom released a new story trailer for Monster Hunter World, titled “Third Fleet”. The video provides a deeper insight into the lore and characters of the story.
The trailer opens with a picturesque scene that guides you through the Coral Highlands with dreamy music. After that, a male Wyverian is seen talking about an Elder Crossing that is currently taking place.
Wyverians resemble elves with their pointed ears and are said to be a cross between humans and wyverns.
A gigantic monster is also shown that resembles a living volcano and is causing trouble for the residents. This volcano monster must be defeated, no matter the cost!
