There are new hints about a change in Pokémon GO. And this is likely to delight many trainers, even though there is skepticism in the community.
In Pokémon GO, it’s all about collecting and battling. While some trainers are searching for ever stronger monsters and teams with which they can dominate in raids and the battle league, others focus on collecting the countless monsters and variations.
For both types of players, there could soon be a change that benefits them. At least new hints suggest this. This is nothing less than a feature that a large part of the community has been wishing for a long time.
Long-awaited feature finally within reach?
What kind of function is this? The function is an extension of the trading feature: trading over long distances. Currently, it is necessary in Pokémon GO for you and your trading partner to be in close proximity to each other. Otherwise, trading is not possible.
After there were already hints about this innovation in August, which were found in the game’s data, it is now that time again. Data miners have found new images and information related to remote trading.
These include various images that could presumably be used in a tutorial for the expanded trading function.

When will the feature come? Amid all the excitement, it must be noted that this is not official information from Pokémon GO, but rather images that so-called data miners have found in the game.
Such images are repeatedly integrated into the game to prepare new features and content. However, this does not mean that the function is close to being released, nor that it must ever be activated in the game.
However, it is an indicator. In the past, features that were first discovered by data miners in this way have often made it into the game.
What does the community say about it? Under the post, some comments can be found expressing concerns about whether the new feature could be free for all players, or whether money will have to be spent for it.
Many players are likely thinking of the luck-charm or the golden bottle cap, which made its way into the game this year and was only available for real money.
