On August 16, the next expansion module of the MMORPG Neverwinter, Storm King’s Thunder, will be released.
Now the developers at Cryptic Studios have spoken about the campaign contained within it, which leads you through a series of new and dangerous areas. You will be guided step by step through the story and thus also through the new zones. Your task is to protect Bryn Shander, the main settlement of the Ten Towns of Icewind Dale, from an invasion of giants. But first, you need to reach the city and plan your further steps from there!
Step-by-Step Adventures
The residents of Bryn Shander fear that their end has come, but when you arrive in the city, you can turn the tide once more. From here, it continues in stages through the story. From Bryn Shander, you will travel to the village of Lonelywood, where you will encounter trolls and something much worse! Finally, you will reach Cold Run. Here, your task is to scout the coasts. For the giants who have plunged the north into chaos are hiding somewhere here.
A Mysterious Empire
However, this is not all. For as the story progresses, you will uncover the secret of a long-forgotten empire… Additionally, you can unlock extra options and even new blessings in the campaign shop. At the end of the campaign, you will unlock “Fangbreaker Island,” the largest challenge you can face in the MMORPG Neverwinter. But you should only tackle this adventure if you have completed the Storm King’s Thunder campaign!
