How often have you been shocked at yourself after a meltdown in Fortnite: Battle Royale? Imagine your parents capturing it all and then mocking you with it on YouTube. Sounds cruel? It is. Unfortunately (for the kids), it’s really funny!
“Mom! Stop blocking the internet connection!”
What Fortnite players really struggle with: Every Fortnite player has to deal with various existential worries. Should one land in Tilted Towers? Where did the opponent come from? And why is my mom taking up the entire internet bandwidth?
You may have heard these or similar statements more often (we would never say such a thing, of course). Two mothers recorded and reenacted the peculiar dialogues that only Fortnite players really understand.
But that’s not all: Even emotes were reenacted by the eager mothers – popcorn included. You can watch the result in the following video:
Dead? Blame the internet! Particularly amusing is a boy’s accusation of his mother for blocking the internet. The logical consequence of the slow connection: An opposing player sends him back to the lobby. Unfortunately, it was just mom standing in the kitchen and had nothing to do with the internet.
The boys’ reaction to the video is unfortunately not recorded. However, be cautious while gaming. You never know if someone is lurking with a camera somewhere.
