Monster Hunter World will be released on August 9 on PC. The action RPG will be available for digital download on Steam this Thursday. We asked Capcom when you can start the download: Here is the exact time.

When can the download for Monster Hunter World be started? At 6:00 PM German time.
Will there be a pre-load? There will probably not be a pre-load. This is also rather unusual for Steam.
What content will MHW have on PC? No exact version number is known yet. According to Capcom, the developers are working on the content of the game until the last minute. Capcom will release more details about additional content soon.
Update August 9: In a recently received press release, Capcom writes: “Additional content and collaborations that were released after the [initial] release of Monster Hunter:
World will be available for free on PC at a later date.
“
The download is now available to all players (August 8, 6:00 PM) as planned on Steam.
