Monster Hunter World: Iceborne introduces the latest monster from the expansion roster. This time, it features one of the fan favorites: Zinogre.
Who is Zinogre? The beast is a Thunderwolf Wyvern, first appearing in Monster Hunter Portable 3rd. Despite its size, it is agile and can easily hold its own against a Rathalos.
The unique feature of Zinogre is that it can summon thunderbugs from its surroundings and charge itself with the thunder element using their energy. When this happens, its claws begin to glow blue. It also becomes significantly faster and stronger.
After MHW: Iceborne has been introducing more monsters from earlier titles like Yian Garuga, fans have been increasingly asking for Zinogre, and now it’s here. You can watch the stylish trailer featuring the monster here:
What else can be seen in the trailer? Zinogre is not the only highlight in the new trailer. The newest Elder Dragon Namielle also gets some spotlight.
We get a good look at the beast and its vibrant colors for the first time. Some of its water-elemental attacks will also be shown, which you will face starting September 6.
Can Iceborne be played soon? Tomorrow, on August 30, PS4 players will be able to join the next beta test of MHW: Iceborne starting at 9:00 AM. Alongside the known monsters Banbaro and Tigrex, this time Velkhana will also be featured for the first time.
Xbox One players will be able to try Iceborne starting September 2. You can find all the information about the beta tests in our article:
