The 6 million dollars that the development studio Artcraft received last year are now ensuring that the development of the MMORPG Crowfall is progressing swiftly. They have hired some new people, all of whom are said to be top-notch.
With the fresh funds, ten new full-time employees and two full-time freelancers have been hired. These individuals are primarily responsible for design, graphics, and programming at Crowfall.
Additionally, the company has begun searching for employees for the “Live Team.” These are staff members who support the ongoing operation of the game – that is, customer service, marketing, and more.

Work is progressing faster now
This means that work on the game is now progressing faster and that Crowfall has reached a status where customer service and marketing will become important. Furthermore, only employees who were the desired candidates were hired. The team has now grown to 45 people.
Artcraft is particularly proud of having recruited many employees with experience in the MMORPG field. Additionally, the team has received new hardware. This includes both the PCs for developers and new hardware for the network.

EU servers and Update 5.5 are coming
The developers also announce that they released version 5.4 of the MMO last Tuesday, the development of which took slightly more time than expected. The next focus will be on the EU servers, which are set to go online around the clock. Furthermore, work on Update 5.5 is already underway, which could be completed somewhat faster than version 5.4. The release is planned for February.
The main goal for Crowfall is to start an Alpha with the “full gameplay loop.” This is intended to happen as soon as possible in 2018.
