Mass Effect: Andromeda system requirements – Can your computer handle this?

Mass Effect: Andromeda has released its system requirements. And they are quite demanding!

The release of the last Mass Effect was almost 4 years ago and technology in computers has rapidly advanced since then. If you don’t want to play Mass Effect: Andromeda on PS4 or Xbox One but prefer the beloved PC, you should check your system beforehand. It could be possible that the PC may struggle with Andromeda.

What are the system requirements for Mass Effect: Andromeda?

The bad news first: Mass Effect: Andromeda is quite resource-hungry. If you’re only gaming with your computer on World of Warcraft or Hearthstone, you will inevitably need to upgrade. Here are the minimum system requirements:

• Operating System: Windows 7, Windows 8.1, and Windows 10 (each 64-bit)
• Processor: Intel Core i5 3570 or AMD FX-6350
• RAM: 8 GB RAM
• Graphics Card: NVIDIA GTX 660 2 GB, AMD Radeon 7850 2 GB
• Hard Disk Space: At least 55 GB of free space
• DirectX: DirectX 11

For the game to run smoothly and at maximum settings, your PC needs to perform significantly better. Here are the recommended system requirements:

• Operating System: Windows 7, Windows 8.1, and Windows 10 (each 64-bit)
• Processor: Intel Core i7-4790 or AMD FX-8350
• RAM: 16 GB RAM
• Graphics Card: NVIDIA GTX 1060 3 GB, AMD RX 480 4 GB
• Hard Disk Space: At least 55 GB of free space
• DirectX: DirectX 11
