Marvel Heroes Omega, the Playstation 4 version of Gazillion’s superhero action MMO, has a beta date. And a fun local coop mode exclusively for the Playstation version has also been confirmed!
Marvel Heroes Omega is the long-awaited console version of Gazillion Entertainment’s playful action MMO Marvel Heroes. The action-packed game featuring numerous Marvel superheroes originally comes from Diablo developer David Brevik and became a real hidden gem among action RPG fans after a rocky start.
So far, only PC players can enjoy the escapades of heroes like Hulk, Rocket Raccoon, Captain America, Black Widow, and Iron Man, but the Playstation 4 version of the game has already been announced and will go into closed beta this week!
Marvel Heroes Omega – Beta access still in April!
Those who can’t wait to play Marvel Heroes Omega on their PS4 will be pleased. Because on Friday, April 21, the closed beta of Marvel Heroes Omega starts. However, access is only available for players who have purchased a founder pack in the Playstation Store.
The sale of the packs is also set to start on Friday.
Players who are subscribers of PlayStation Plus will receive goodies like an exclusive Daredevil costume and in-game discounts as additional bonuses.
Marvel Heroes Omega – Local coop in the PS4 version
The Playstation 4 version of Marvel Heroes, while less extensive at launch compared to the PC version (with only 38 playable heroes instead of 60), will have one feature available exclusively on the console: local coop, known as couch coop!
On the PS4, you will be able to play locally with your buddy on the couch and together fight the minions of Hydra and other Marvel antagonists. As local coop players, you can even bring in more allies via the internet!
