The action MMO Marvel Heroes has expanded its hero catalog with Kitty Pride and Sunspot.
In Marvel Heroes, you have over 50 heroes. The great Avengers, Fantastic Four, and other super superheroes have been in the game for a long time. Now, new characters are being introduced that one might have to look up if they are not a comic enthusiast.
Recently, War Machine, a side character from the Iron Man movies was featured. Last week, a young X-Men character, “Kitty Pride,” was introduced. Admittedly, she has been young for over 20 years but has long played the role of a teenager in the mythology.
Kitty is skilled in Ninjutsu, can phase into solid objects or through them thanks to her mutant powers, and has even more power with her pet dragon, Lockheed.
As a “team-up,” a sort of companion, Sunspot, a rather obscure hero, joins. The Brazilian “hothead” used to be with the New Mutants, a kind of “junior team of the X-Men.” In the German translation, the poor Sunspot still bears the name of Spider-Woman in the team-up menu, who is also not exactly a top-choice heroine.

The last patch also brought an overhaul of Black Panther.
