Clever players have found a trick to secure 6 months of Crystalline Aura in Lost Ark in exchange for 1,925 Royal Crystals. But you don’t have forever to do this.
This is what users have figured out: In a thread on the Lost Ark subreddit, user divinebaboon posted a useful tip for fellow players. He advised people to buy the Crystalline Aura with the premium currency, the Royal Crystals, because it is particularly profitable right now.
For 1,925 Royal Crystals, which are worth about €20, you can use a trick to get enough Blue Crystals to buy 6 months of Crystalline Aura. A bargain that won’t last long.
Here’s how the trick works: To obtain the Blue Crystals, you first need to create a new character. This character must be created on a server where you haven’t had any characters before. Servers in other regions work too.
- Go with this character to Trixion and choose a class. It must be a class that has been available since the EU launch. Classes like Arcanist or Destroyer won’t work with the trick.
- Once you arrive on the starter island of Trua, open the shop and look for the level completion package. This package is available once per server. If you’ve already bought it on this server, you’ll need to find another one.
- If you haven’t bought the package on your main server yet, you can do so normally with your main character and don’t need a new one.
- If the package is available on your server, log out with the character. Then open the Powerpass menu and get the pass for Vern for 825 Royal Crystals.
- Log back in with the character and skip all prologues and tutorials.
- Once you’re in Vern, open the in-game shop and look for the level completion package and buy it for 1,100 Royal Crystals.
When you open all the chests within the package, it gives you enough Blue Crystals to buy 6 months of Crystalline Aura. Since the Aura is account-wide, you can also use it on other characters.
If you enjoy leveling, you can even skip the Powerpass step and level the new character to level 50 yourself to get the level completion package. That would then be 6 months of Aura in exchange for 1,100 Royal Crystals.
How long will this last? You have until September 7th to implement this, as the price for the Vern Powerpass will be raised again then. However, you should hurry, as users on reddit fear that Amazon might fix this trick beforehand.
