In Lord of the Rings Online, Update 18 has been released and increases the level cap.

In the “Regions of Anórien”, new adventures await. Over 70 new quests and deeds for players level 100 and above, promise the developers at Turbine. Book 5 and 6 in Volume IV of the epic story are now opened.
A 3-man instance group for “The Battle of the Pelennor” is open and the level cap has been raised to 105.
With “Weekly Instances”, heroes are further enticed into the action. There is a rotating list of instances – it’s 6 pieces. Those who complete the weekly task have a chance for scrolls of empowerment, new essences at maximum level, and equipment items. With Mithril, you can reset the Weekly Instance .
