Item Changes
The developers removed the Eye items “Sightstone” and “Ruby Sightstone” in Patch 8.2.
In addition, the support items Frostfang, Nomad’s Medallion, and Targon’s Brace were reworked so that they upgrade to the Eye item upon quest completion, which effectively serves as a replacement for the removed Sightstones.
Why the developers made these changes to the support items in LoL, we explain to you here.
Minions Gameplay
A few changes to the minions now ensure they have improved threat detection. In the patch notes, the developers explain that targeted damage spells will now attract the minions’ attention toward champions.
As an example, they mention Pantheon’s Q spell or Cassiopeia’s E spell. These spells previously did not interest the minions and did not induce any aggro increase. However, this will change with Patch 8.2.
Snowball Gragas Skin
In Patch 8.2, you can expect an icy skin for Gragas. Snowball Gragas (in English Arctic Ops Gragas) will be introduced to you here in the spotlight video.
