Once again, it was Lee “Faker” Sang-hyeok who made the difference in a playoff match of the Korean league, LCK, in League of Legends (LoL). Against Sandbox Gaming, Faker turns a teamfight with a spectacular play on Ekko. He uses the hero’s ability for the crucial advantage.
This is the situation: In the quarterfinals of the LCK playoffs on August 23 between SKT1 and Sandbox Gaming, Faker’s team is narrowly leading 11:8. However, the impending teamfight at the Baron spot is not going well for SKT1.
At the beginning, the jungler from SKT1, Clid, is isolated and goes down; Faker has already low mana and has to retreat from the fight. All 5 champions from Sandbox Gaming are still alive, with 3 right by the Baron and 2 moving towards it.
Bot laner Teddy also goes down with the team from SKT1, while Faker is currently regenerating his mana at the base. He needs to turn this around.
Then, however, the time for reckoning comes: Faker jumps freshly rested to a ward behind the Sandbox Gaming players. He splits their formation by doing so.
Faker is caught in a 1vs3 but immediately takes down the opposing Draven, turning it into a 1vs2.
Next, Morgana must pay the price, but at that time, Faker has fallen to low HP and the opposing Jarvan is still at good health – it actually seems that luck has left Faker, and the LoL champ must die.

Time jump leads to victory
