The launch of Sony’s twin-stick shooter MOBA “Kill Strain” is just around the corner. In less than a month, the game will be released on PS4.
Kill Strain is a competitive, team-based shooter developed by Sony’s San Diego Studio.
In this PvP experience, three teams compete under “unique, dynamic circumstances”: two teams, each consisting of four players, battle each other while one team, made up of mutants, hunts the humans.
The mutants have the ability to transform players – which can shift the team sizes and power dynamics throughout the game. With the following gameplay trailer, you can get a glimpse of Kill Strain:
A match can end in three ways:
- All humans are transformed
- A base is destroyed (by humans or mutants)
- Time runs out and “Strain” takes over the map
The release of Kill Strain is on July 19 on PlayStation 4. “PlayStation Plus” members will have access a week earlier, on July 12.
