The story revolves around the titular Rogue Company, an organization tasked with solving the toughest conflicts in the world. You are one of the Rogue Company mercenaries and participate in the missions.
No Battle Royale, but fast shooter action
What makes this shooter special? Hi-Rez Studios states that it is not a battle royale game like Realm Royale – even if the trailer looks like it – but rather classic shooter fare. Visually, the game with its comic-style look is reminiscent of Overwatch or Fortnite.
You will be in small teams of five players, engaging in fast battles with a variety of weapons. Several maps and different game modes will be available; however, the team wants to talk about these at a later time.
Classes are extremely important. Each player takes on a specific role that has tactical implications for the match outcomes. More information about these roles will also come later. However, it is planned that new mercenaries, maps, and weapons will be added regularly.
