In Pokémon GO there are some limited-time content. One of them currently offers you quite easy rewards.
For some time now, Pokémon GO has had the so-called weekly challenges. You can team up with up to 3 friends to complete a task together. As the name suggests, you have a week to do this.
You shouldn’t miss the current weekly challenge. It is one of the simpler ones and brings you some additional rewards fairly easily.
Spin and earn
What is the current weekly challenge? Currently, to complete the current task, you need to spin 150 PokéStops or Gyms. As usual in the weekly challenges, it doesn’t matter who among you spins how many Stops or Gyms.
So if you have trainers in your group who are a bit less active in the coming days, the activity can be balanced out by other trainers in your group.
If you’re missing the right teammates, you can also tackle the weekly challenge alone. Even this is relatively easy to achieve with the current task.
What rewards are there? If you successfully complete the challenge, you can look forward to the following rewards:
- 20,000 experience points
- 6,000 stardust
- 7 hearts at friendship level
Especially the 7 hearts for the friendship level will interest many players, as it gives you a 7-day head start. This allows you to reach the new friendship level of best friends faster.
You need to reach this level to perform the new remote trades. If that’s your goal, you shouldn’t miss the challenge.
If you complete the challenge alone, you can at least look forward to the small boost in experience points and stardust.
How long does the challenge run? You have until Tuesday at 1:00 AM to spin the required number of Stops and Gyms. After that, the task ends and the next one begins.
