All of you know Ditto, at the latest from Pokémon GO. The small, pink Pokémon that can take on the forms of all kinds of other species. Well, apparently it works as a cozy armchair too.
Japan shows it: For the Pokémon trainers among you who just can’t get enough of the fantasy creatures, there is even furniture for your apartment.
With a Ditto armchair, you can get really close to the little shape-shifter.
In the product presentation, there are a few details about the armchair.
The dimensions:
- 950 mm wide
- 800 mm deep
- 640 mm high
The price of this Pokémon furniture is 25,990 yen, which is about 206 € at the current exchange rate. As can be found on the website rakuten.co.jp, the shipping of the Ditto armchair is supposed to start by the end of December. However, it is currently not shipping outside of Japan.
Whether the product will also be available internationally is still unclear.
In Pokémon GO, Ditto behaves less conspicuously. They hide behind other Pokémon and only appear after you have caught them.
But that could change soon, as the Pokémon GO team will soon release Shiny Ditto in the game and that is not easy at all.
What else is there? On the website of rakuten.co.jp, you can find more cool furniture items on the theme of Pokémon. The armchair is also available in the matching, “large” Pokémon Snorlax. This one is similarly sized to Ditto and available for the same price.
Even the Pokéball you see in the Snorlax picture is available for purchase.
And what can you buy here? Through Amazon, there is a large selection of plush Pokémon items. Classic stuffed animals like Squirtle or Ditto can also be found in the German section of Amazon. Large items like a Pikachu figure over 1 meter tall, a Pokémon rug, or a sleepy Snorlax lamp can also be purchased here.
