The developers of Hytale have shared a new, detailed video. In it, they introduce the Creative mode, which already has more features than Minecraft.
What kind of mode is this? Similar to Minecraft, Hytale offers a Creative gameplay mode. Here, players can focus on building without survival. They have access to all blocks as well as a flying mode, which allows them to fly through the world.
Unlike Minecraft, Hytale focuses on a more technical level. There are many special tools that make life much easier for experienced builders.

Tools for all Creatives
What tools are available in Hytale? As the developers explain in their new video and accompanying blog post, there are numerous tools that make Hytale a dream for creative players. For example, there is the option to copy builds from one world to another, which is particularly useful for large servers.
There are also pre-made structures from the game. The so-called “Prefabs” provide a variety of locations like ruins, hot springs, or lava lakes that would otherwise be generated by the game but can also be placed using different brushes in various shapes. So for those who have always wanted a lava lake as a swimming pool, this will be a find.
Instead of just placing individual blocks, in Creative mode, you can also place complete spheres, pyramids, or large squares. You can also build mountains or dig trenches, all in just a few seconds.

What else sounds interesting? Not only builders are expected to enjoy Hytale, but also content creators. The game has a built-in camera mode called “Machinima”, which allows you to program camera movements to record films in the game.
Here, the camera can not only move along a predetermined route but also adjust the speed. The developers explain that many more features are planned for the future, on Hytale.com.
Since not all tools in Hytale currently have their own menu to make them visible to everyone, the developers have also provided an extensive help page with many commands. Here, dozens of options are hidden that can further enhance building and creativity in the game.
