The raid from The Division 2 is particularly brutal, especially on consoles. Now Xbox players have completed Phase 1 in just 4 minutes, which normally takes others hours. The video of it is now making the rounds.
How did they manage that? Based on the video published by the YouTube channel Born 2 Game, it can be inferred how important the precise coordination between the individual team members is.
Everyone in the team probably had a fixed role that they had to fulfill throughout the entire round. According to the description, the 8-player team consists of commentators and owners of the channel who had agreed to raid together.
Here you can watch the video of how Boomer is taken down:
It may look easy, but it cost quite a bit of sweat and nerves, as the description suggests. The relieved reactions of the team members at the end also hint at a test of patience. Apparently, they didn’t even think they would get that far.
Only 4 minutes for Boomer – on Xbox One
Why is this so impressive? As mentioned above, the raid on PS4 and Xbox One is considered significantly harder than on PC.
- The biggest difference is known to be in the controls. Mouse and keyboard are superior, even in The Division 1 there were some differences in difficulty between consoles and PC
- This was also evident during the raid’s release days. It was completed on PC after only 5 hours, whereas it seemed impossible for some on consoles
- On PS4, the raid was completed 3 days later, closely followed by the Xbox One
- While over 7000 players have been successful on PC, only around 200 have done so on consoles. Currently, the developers state they have no plans for adjustments. For now.
Nevertheless, there are ongoing discussions about possible adjustments for the console version of the raid. Many players would like this, as they feel disadvantaged on PS4/Xbox One.

Especially the first boss, Boomer, has drawn quite a bit of hate. Many need several hours to get through the first phase. Some even reported 30 hours or more – just for the first boss!
