The latest addition for Heroes of the Storm has arrived. Tracer is now available for all pre-orders of the Origins version of Overwatch.
Tracer available exclusively for pre-orders for one week
Since last night, April 19th, the hero Tracer has been available in Heroes of the Storm – at least for those who pre-ordered Overwatch. Those who were convinced to purchase an Origins Edition of the hero shooter can exclusively battle with the British agent in the Nexus until April 26th. We have already discussed Tracer’s abilities in this article. Coincidentally, Blizzard has released a pretty successful trailer, which we certainly don’t want to withhold from you.
Interestingly, there is also a small detail at the end of the trailer – as you can already see the model of Widowmaker in Heroes of the Storm. Whether it is just a new skin for Nova at the end of the trailer or if Widowmaker is really coming to the Nexus will likely be revealed in the coming months.
Minor changes to matchmaking and bug fixes
The patch 17.2 also brought some other changes that players in quick match might notice. Here, not only the player level is considered anymore, but also the individual level of the selected character. So if someone plays a hero for the first time, they will be more often matched with players who also do not have much experience with their chosen heroes.
In addition to minor balancing changes to Artanis and Graymane, a highly amusing bug with Sylvanas was also fixed. When two Banshee Queens cast “Mind Control” on each other simultaneously, they could control each other’s hero until death. This should no longer be possible.
